As an After-Hours Hospice RN, you will be an essential part of our patient care team, acting as an advocate for patients and their families. You will ensure that each patient receives the highest quality of care, while collaborating closely with the hospice care team. This is a salaried full-time position, covering on-call hours from 5 PM on Friday to 8 AM on Monday. You will receive robust support from our 24/7 RN-staffed Triage Department and your local hospice team.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine heart for serving patients and their families, with a commitment to providing exceptional care
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a valid state RN license
  • Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in clinical care settings, with hospice experience preferred
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, and lifting 80-100 lbs
