As an After-Hours Hospice RN, you will serve as a voice for your patients while coordinating with the patient, their family, and the hospice care team. You will be an advocate, ensuring every patient receives the compassionate care they deserve. This role involves on-call responsibilities from 5 PM on Friday to 8 AM Monday, with full support from our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department and your local hospice team.

Qualifications:

  • A heart to serve patients and families with a passion for providing the best possible care.
  • Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school with a current state license as a registered nurse.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a nursing role in a clinical care setting is preferred, hospice experience is a plus.
  • Required: Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs comfortably.
