Bilingual Store Associate (Spanish Speaking)

Join our team as a Bilingual Store Associate and play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our individual and wholesale customers. You will engage with clients to identify their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend effective solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic team members who can maintain high-quality standards, resolve customer concerns promptly, and contribute to our store's sales goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assisting customers in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
• Building strong, productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals on monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases.
• Maintaining detailed work order files and product formulas.
• Managing stock levels and setting up engaging displays.
• Properly cleaning store equipment and loading/unloading delivery trucks as needed.
• Loading and delivering products when necessary.
• Keeping assigned areas stocked and visually appealing.
• Staying knowledgeable about available products and options to assist customer decision-making.
• Following inventory control procedures and suggesting sales improvement strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least eighteen (18) years old.
• Legally authorized to work without needing sponsorship.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
• A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
• Previous experience selling paint and related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
