Job Description
Pilot Flying J is looking for a skilled Deli Operations Manager to lead our dynamic retail facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to meet sales objectives and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
The Deli Operations Manager will also:
- Ensure that customer expectations are consistently met
- Conduct meetings with team members to foster communication and teamwork
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors
As a Deli Operations Manager, you will build, train, and develop your team through effective staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training processes.
Additional key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales growth in the deli
- Managing team dynamics and performance
- Tracking inventory levels
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Conducting P&L analysis to assess financial performance
Competitive salary range starting from: $44,200.00 - $64,100.00 per year
Qualifications
As a Deli Operations Manager, integrity and accountability are vital at the managerial level, alongside outstanding team leadership capabilities. A flexible schedule is essential, as working nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

- 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice environments
