Job Description
As a Deli Team Leader, you will oversee the hot deli operations, ensuring a top-notch experience for guests while assisting the Deli Manager. Your responsibilities include maintaining food freshness, cleanliness, and stock levels in the deli area. We seek candidates who have a strong foundation in food service, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to food safety standards.
Compensation: Starting pay rates between $13.75 - $19.93 / hour
Qualifications
- Experience in a food service role, especially in deli or restaurant settings.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a drive to maintain a customer-focused culture.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and equipment maintenance.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to interact with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate personnel.
