General Overview

As a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a warm welcome, assist them in solving their queries, and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.
• Store Maintenance: Participate in receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise. Keep the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor areas clean and orderly.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other team members to support daily store operations and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Product Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of our products and store layout to provide personalized service.
• Operational Support: Help with managing back stock levels and ensuring signage is up-to-date.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Demands

This position may require standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing.
