Qualifications:

  • A genuine commitment to serving patients and families with compassion
  • Education: MS degree in social work from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education
  • Licensure: Current state license as a social worker
  • Experience: At least 2 years of clinical work experience, preferably in healthcare or hospice settings
  • Required: Reliable transportation and the ability to sit, stand, bend, intermittently move, and lift a minimum of 25lbs
