Your Role:

• Provide exceptional patient care through medication administration, clinical treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
• Document all patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care coordination, discharge planning, and support.
• Educate patients and families about health management in alignment with their needs.
• Be an advocate for the well-being of your patients.

Qualifications:

• Current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (current upon hire).
• ACLS certification (required within 12 months of employment if not current at hire).
• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
